Brand and Sponsorship Manager

Hybrid / 1 day Gatwick area

Salary up to £55,000

Talent Hub is working in partnership with an established, respected, and valued organisation based in Sussex. They are now looking for a skilled Brand Manager who can also manage partnerships, sponsorships and be the brand guardian that delivers UK wide brand campaigns.

The responsibilities for this Brand and Sponsorship Manager job include:

  • ·Be the go-to person for all things brand for the wider marketing team.

  • ·Lead the Sponsorship program and team, ensuring there is a proactive, creative and well managed programme that maximise opportunities and visibility for the wider organisation.

  • ·Evaluate sponsorship and partnership opportunities, beneficial to the organisation, it’s values and the brand.

  • ·Ensure consistency and compliance across the organisations product range

  • ·Work with colleagues in the wider marketing teams to ensure the business has appropriate brand resources including assets, guidelines, and toolkits.

  • ·Work with Marketing Managers to help map out all customer journeys and identify which brand assets are being utilised, including their trigger points and systems they are held in.

  • ·Identify where brand marketing campaigns, sponsorship can add value and manage them in line with team and department processes and procedures.

  • ·Recommends SLAs, KPIs and metrics for brand and sponsorship and work within the Marketing Operations team to ensure agreed measures are tracked, evaluated and acted on.

What you will bring to this Brand and Sponsorship Manager job:

  • ·Previous success in a Brand Management role working at Manager level with experience of managing a Marketing Executive.

  • ·Be CIM qualified or have achieved an equivalent Marketing or Brand qualification.

  • ·Successfully managed and delivered strategic partnerships and sponsorships.

  • ·Have demonstrable experience of marketing campaigns, partnership working and stakeholder engagement across a large marketing department or agency setting.

  • ·Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing.

  • ·Proven success of managing brand positioning, execution, and engagement.

  • ·Track record for the design and delivery of creative and impactful marketing.
