Talent Hub is partnering with a prominent, consumer-focused brand in the Crawley area in the search for a Head of Digital. This senior role will drive the digital strategy to accelerate growth and enhance user experience across all platforms. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, deliver performance marketing, and ensure best-in-class digital member and customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key responsibilities for this Head of Digital Job: -
Manage, develop, mentor and enable the ongoing professional growth of a specialist digital team.
Own, develop and execute the digital strategy to drive business growth.
Identify and deliver new digital and innovation opportunities to enhance commercial performance and Customer experience.
Oversee and optimise digital platforms (websites, apps), championing a best-in-class user experience.
Ensure data is utilised across marketing, providing actionable insights to improve performance and maximise ROI.
Set, monitor and analyse digital KPIs (including lead generation, conversion and ROI).
Manage the entire digital marketing budget as well as manage relationships with external agencies
Act as a key member of the senior leadership team, collaborating widely across the business.
What you will need for this Head of Digital job: -
Proven success in a Head of Digital position for a large consumer-focused business.
Extensive senior digital leadership experience. Ideal sector backgrounds could be travel, retail, financial services, or leisure and a primarily b2c focus.
Proven track record of developing and executing digital strategies for B2C commercial growth, driving customer engagement and brand awareness.
Hands-on expertise with various CMS tools.
Practical experience with AI-driven digital marketing or customer service solutions.
Deep knowledge of digital marketing mix, including SEO, PPC, CRO, content, social, and email.
Demonstrable ability to manage teams, budgets, agencies, and multiple stakeholders.
Up-to-date knowledge of data protection, compliance, and ethical AI deployment.
Advanced understanding of web analytics (GA4, SEMRush, Google Search Console), etc.
