Talent Hub have partnered with a growing SaaS company who are taking their industry by storm. This Cloud Systems Engineer is a new role within their growing development team. The require someone with at least 2 years’ experience in Cloud infrastructure and Application Security, the initial focus will be driving build and release cycles as well as using your AWS and security experience.

This opportunity could be an exciting ‘step up’ from a supporting team to grow to gain more ownership as you develop in the role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for designing, maintaining and keeping safe the systems required to meet the company’s operational needs

• Ensure the companies release and deployment pipelines are well defined and managed effectively, and that the privacy of the company’s systems and applications are compliant and secure at all times

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of all systems

• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Implement and manage security or integrity and backup proceduresSecure data from internal and external attack

• Schedule upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems
