12 month Fixed Term Contract

Hybrid, 2 days from home

Talent Hub are working in partnership with an established growing online business, an industry contender in their field, based in the Brighton area who are looking for an experienced Content and SEO Manager.

You will be responsible for strategically creating content production and marketing activities to drive brand performance. Your goal will be to improve organic search presence and increase organic leads. By delivering compelling content from conception to completion across multiple channels, and leveraging organic SEO through keyword strategy, optimising keywords and landing page quality and relevance, you willachieve the goal to drive quality organic leads and develop the brand position as a thought leader in this worthwhile sector.

Overview of key responsibilities:-

  • Manage the Content team and SEO agency

  • Implement a scalable content and keyword strategy

  • Drive organic revenue through Content and SEO

  • Increase website conversion and optimise SEO activities and performance

  • Develop content that drives credible thought leadership and engagement

What you will need for this Content and SEO Manager job:-

  • Management-level experience within a content/SEO marketing role, with a natural desire to stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and work at pace to deadlines

  • Strong supervisory and/or management experience with experience managing agencies, freelancers and in-house teams

  • Experience implementing content and keyword strategies

  • Experience using a CMS (Ideally Umbraco) and audience segmentation within a CRM

  • Experience managing budgets

  • Strong understanding of cross-channel marketing and the digital landscape
