We are looking for a skilled CRM Manager with skills in Hubspot to join a successful team in Brighton. This is a new role in the marketing team, working alongside sales on the existing and new CRM campaigns and data. This is a senior hire and they require someone who can work strategically and collaboratively, on data-led inbound and outbound marketing campaigns. Having proven skills and successfully managed email campaigns through Hubspot is essential for this role.

Responsibilities for this CRM Email Marketing Manager job include:

• Manage and develop CRM strategies and email campaigns through Hubspot

• Create and deliver data strategy, including segmentation and targeting, aligned with the marketing campaign objectives.

• Deliver email workflows, creating automated audience journey’s that drive engagement.

• Create commercially focussed reports, for the wider business to assess marketing activity.

• Track, monitor and analyse data, for planning of future campaigns and customer segmentation.

• Manage and deliver lead management process and responses in Hubspot, ensuring best practises are adhered to.

• Management of junior members of the data team next year.

For this CRM Managers job, you must have:

• At least 5 years in a CRM Management position, for either B2B or B2C.

• Managed large data sets for targeting and segmenting messages and customer bases

• Proven skills and experience of using HubSpot or a similar CRM system.

• Successfully managed complex email workflows and customers segmentation strategies.

• Be analytically and commercially driven, utilising data for optimal campaign performance

• Previous skilled in managing CRM activities and driving ABM operations.

This is an office based role in Brighton, where the team work collaboratively together. Hybrid working is not available for this role as this crucial time of growth and success.
