CRO and User Experience Designer (Closed)

Salary up to £55,000

West Sussex – Remote

Working into the eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for reporting on and improving customer experience online covering UX, visual design and CRO. You will also delve deeper into UX and performance, across their multiple digital channels and platforms to ensure continued online bookings and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Use web analytics, user testing, session videos, heat maps and customer feedback to identify user issues and pain points

    Develop visual and UX conceptsincluding user flows/journeys, wireframes screen components and assets

  • Work with Digital Product Owner and CRO team to produce ideas, concepts, design and assets that can be AB tested

  • Understand development principles to make sure your designs are achievable within timelines and on the platform

  • Produce pixel perfect designs for sign off

  • Extend and apply existing UX and visual design standards and templates, evolving these as required

  • Regularly monitor developments in e-commerce, design, and competitor’s websites and recommend enhancements to UX & visual designs to ensure a ‘best in class’ user experience is maintained

  • Be accountable for time estimates provided for design work and ensure that work is completed on time

  • Responsibility for the day to day delivery of customer experience, conversion process and provision services through all digital channels

  • Work with ecommerce manager to take all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off, including content updates

What you will need

  • A background in eCommerce, with success in UX design, improving user experience and CRO

  • Experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript

  • Proven UI experience, with portfolio

  • Proficiency in Wireframing, story boarding, user flows, site maps

  • Experience in Google Analytics, Website optimisation

  • Experience in presenting visual design, to a variety of stakeholders across departments
