Talent Hub are working with the market leading organisation in their sector, who are now looking for a skilled organiser of experiential events, shows and large UK based exhibitions, for both B2C and B2B target audiences.

Responsibilities for this events job include:

  • Manage, coordinate and develop their presence at events, campaigns and exhibitions in accordance with brand positioning and messaging within agreed deadlines and budgets.

  • Monitor, review, report on performance of event activities and identify, document and provide analysis on areas of improvement for future shows

  • Work with existing and new partners to source and develop sponsorship opportunities at exhibitions and events.

  • Plan, deliver and manage their events and initiatives in support of awards, sponsorship, and charity initiatives

  • Liaising with HQ departments regarding resources required, including volunteers, collateral, and promotional items, ensuring that logistical requirements, including hotels and travel arrangements are planned and managed.

For the job you must have:

  • Proven skills in a similar role, having successfully organised events and exhibitions and in customer-centric commercial environment (ideally B2C and B2B), with specific experience in large indoor events.

  • Proven ability and confidence to deliver outstanding events on time and within budget.

  • Exposure and understanding of contract management.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Able to manage multiple work streams and prioritise effectively to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Extensive travel throughout the UK is required, including weekends and therefore full driving licence essential.
