Talent Hub is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join a dynamic marketing team, in a commercially driven business. They are looking for someone with skills in both print and digital designs, someone who can add value contributing ideas and creative input to the marketing campaigns and deliverables. A thorough understanding of print process and being able to brief printers for the materials, spec and finish is crucial. As well have having solid skills and a passion for all things digital, from website, emails, social media and ideally videography.

This would be the perfect job for someone from a marketing or creative agency, looking to move in-house.

For this Graphic Designer job, you should have:

  • Worked a Graphic Designer in a commercial business environment for at least 5 years or more. Ideally from marketing or creative agency.

  • Proven success in creating both Digital and Printed designs, as well as brand guidelines and brand assets.

  • Educated to degree level ideally or have other design-based qualifications.

  • Extensive experience and skills in using Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design capabilities from larger concepts to day-to-day smaller projects.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ideally a skill and passion for photography / videography would be ideal.

Objectives and responsibilities for this Graphic Designer job include:

  • Work on a wide range of projects and media using Adobe Creative Suite to visualise and develop innovative graphic designs that support business goals.

  • Use (and expand on) existing knowledge of After Effects and other video editing software to assist in video collaboration and creation

  • Work both independently and collaboratively with the marketing team to meet deadlines and manage project timelines, which may involve handling five or more projects simultaneously.

  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the marketing team on a wide variety of materials including web pages, social media graphics, presentations, campaign collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and other brand assets.

  • Manage the design output for all project-related materials, ensuring timely delivery, attention to detail, and alignment with marketing goals.

  • Champion the use and integration of AI tools and technologies in the design process to drive efficiency, innovation, and creative excellence.
