Head of Marketing Operations (Closed, offer accepted)

Salary £80,000 - £90,000

Crawley / Hybrid

Working into the Group Director of Marketing the Head of Marketing Operations is a key creative role leading Brand, Copy team, Events and Design. Joining this large ethical and supportive company, we are looking for an all-rounder with the spark to drive strategy as well a ‘hands on’ mentally when needed to work collaboratively with the company to goal to drive engagement of multi products and services.

Key responsibilities include:

·Drive the development of Marketing Operations

·Responsible for Brand development and management across the company

·Provides a central specialist service proactively identifying and supporting business needs

·Represent the team and Marketing Department with internal suppliers, partner, customers and stakeholders

·Instigates, develops and champions adherence to departmental process company policy and regulatory requirements

·Manages the performance and development of direct reports

·Creates a rolling programme to track, evaluate and feedback on the effectiveness of all marketing activity

·Manages the traffic management of all marketing briefs as well as leading across brand, copy, events and design.

What you will need:

·CIM in Marketing or professional qualification within Marketing or equivalent

·Previous experience in a Marketing Operations role, leading teams and managing external agencies and suppliers relationships

·Brand, Design, events, creative copywriter management experience

·Experience of technical content marketing across b2c and b2b, digital and offline

·Experience of building a new brand story and story-telling to improve understanding of what a company stands for

·Experience of working in the Pensions or Financial Services setting would be useful but not essential
