Marketing Manager
Salary £37,000
Brighton/ Hybrid
9- 12 month maternity contract
Working as part of a marketing department, this is standalone Marketing Manager role responsible for driving integrated marketing campaigns focusing on the hotels and leisure.
You will have to collaborate with stakeholders across the business, manage their digital agency, although work independently driving campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
·Managing marketing campaigns for travel accommodation and leisure facilities for existing customers, as well as engaging new ones
·Plan execute job, monitor and evaluate campaigns working with in house resource or agency support
·Manage PPC and Paid Facebook and Instagram campaign working with Paid Social and PPC agency
·Perform analysis – monitor and optimise campaigns engagement and conversion rates
·Manage email campaigns, web content and marketing literature liaising with production team
·Manage marketing budgets
For the Marketing Manager job you will need:
·Successful experience in a Senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager role within the leisure or travel sectors
·Experience in the optimisation of performance for PPC, SEO and Social Media Campaigns, monitoring CPA and ROI
·Broad understanding and working knowledge of marketing disciplines and channels including digital, advertising, copywriting, print and brand management
·Agency management experience
