Salary up to £55,000

Crawley/ Remote (1 day office based)

12 month fixed term contract

We are looking to talk to Campaign Marketing Managers with planning and delivery experience across acquisition and retention campaigns – B2C and B2B.

You will be working with an ethical brand as part of a supportive and friendly large marketing department who are passionate about delivering great work for their customers.

Key responsibilities include:

·Create marketing leading campaigns across products focusing on customer acquisition and retention

·Work with internal marketing teams and external agencies to deliver integrated campaign activity

·Use campaign data and analytics to create and evaluate marketing campaigns

·Ensure campaign project timelines are met and marketing teams across comms and digital are aligned for delivery

·Manage budgets across campaign activity

What you will need:

​

·Marketing degree, CIM or equivalent qualification

·Previous success in a multichannel campaign focused role with a retention and acquisition focus

·Understand customer journey’sExperience of budget and agency management

·Experience in delivering work, manging stakeholders within a large matrix company or marketing team

·Ability to analyse data creating informed marketing campaign activity, segmentation and metrics.
