Responsibilities for this Marketing Manager job include:
Be a dynamic and vibrant team leader – this is a crucial part of the job!
Manage and deliver the agreed marketing goals, plans and strategy.
Ensure that the lead generation plans and KPI’s are met
Be responsible for the budget allocation
Be instrumental in the marketing processes, systems and tools
Define and deliver the lead generation strategies and campaign plans.
Lead the planning, preparation, implementation and measurement of the marketing campaigns and activities agreed.
Influence the set up and effectiveness of the CRM including reporting, data cleansing, list management
For this Marketing Manager job, you should have:
Previous experience of managing a marketing team, mentoring and leadership
A degree in either Marketing, Business or other relevant CIM qualification
Proven success in B2B lead generation
A passion for utilising AI and the latest tech to maximise marketing campaign activity
Ideally skills in Hubspot or Salesforce CRM
Proven track record in marketing plan development and execution.
Experience in marketing strategy definition
Understanding of digital analytics, SEO, and marketing technology platforms.
