Marketing Manager - Part Time

3 days per week(1 day office based, 2 WFH)

3 day per week Marketing Manager opportunity to join a membership organisation championing the outdoors life!

We are looking for Campaign Marketing Managers with b2c experience across the integrated marketing mix. You will report into the Head of Marketing and line manage a Senior Marketing Executive. The focus of this role is to creative and drive product engagement campaigns for overseas travel and UK glamping pods.

Responsibilities include:

  • ·Lead the development of all marketing campaigns and oversee their implementation ensuring they are using the most effective communications channels to maximise exposure to their members and relevant target audience

  • ·Oversee content creation across all relevant marketing channels: TV, VOD, radio, sponsorship, press, magazine, events, out of home, digital display, PPC, SEO, digital display, social media, and public relations

  • ·Responsible for managing the CRM agencies to execute best-in-class marketing campaigns and ensuring all activity is delivered on time, to budget and achieve the agreed marketing KPIs.

  • ·Ensure all marketing campaigns are informed by data analysis and member insight and these are continually used to refine and optimise plans and campaigns to achieve product KPIs

  • ·Manage a diverse portfolio of external marketing agencies to execute best-in- class marketing campaigns and ensure all activity is delivered on time, to budget

  • ·Manage and develop a Senior Marketing Executive ensuring they have the skills and capabilities to execute product marketing plans to deliver product KPIs

For this Marketing Manager job you will need:

  • ·Significant marketing experience in an agency or client side within a B2C role

  • ·Experience of developing and delivering innovative marketing campaigns and messaging across a range of media channels including digital, offline collateral, social media, TV, press & radio

  • ·Proven commercial acumen, ‘numerically literate’.

  • ·Strong relationship and influencing skills within a matrix environment

  • ·Proven strong analytical skills, based on sound understanding of customer and industry insight

  • ·P&L literate
