Talent Hub is working in partnership with a respected Brighton based digital marketing agency, with a varied and enviable client list. They are have a new opening for a Paid Media Manager. We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist (in-house or agency side) with a background in performance strategy, working with clients to create their paid media strategy.
You will have a creative spark when it comes to ad copy messaging, and the direction to manage and work with clients across multiple brands, on paid media campaigns with detail, driving results.
Responsibilities include:
Lead on Performance Marketing across client accounts, uncover meaningful opportunities that drive measurable results across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and emerging digital media platforms.
Convert the right audiences by getting under the skin of each clients brand, understand their brand positioning, unique selling points, messages and goals to create paid media strategies that get into their customer mindset and perform.
Create data-infomed media plans and evolving campaign strcutures. You will then optimise and test everything from copy to audiences to creative formats.
You will drive ROI, reducing CPA and unlock growth for your clients. As a brilliant presenter, you will explain results, present strategy.
Collaborate across the business work hand in hand with strategists, designers, developers and content teams to create impactful campaigns.
For this Paid Media Manager job, you will need:
Proven experience in a Performance Marketing Manager position or Paid Media Manager.
Experience in planning, launching and optimising Paid Media campaigns across channels including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, amongst others.
Successfully managed paid media campaigns, from planning, build, through to delivery, live optimisation and post campaign reporting.
Previous experience in managing large budgets up to £100k per month, per client.
Proven skill in excellent copy writing for ads, targeted to specific audiences.
Skills and a passion for data, analysis, reporting and ROI.
Creativity in writing client briefs and converting them to deliverable successful paid media campaigns.
