Talent Hub is working in partnership with unique leisure company based in the Worthing area. We have an exciting and new Senior CRM Executive opportunity to join their medium sized marketing department.
The focus of this new position will be to drive their retention strategy, developing and improving their large database whilst executing super industry leading direct mail campaigns. Alongside you will have the support of an Email Marketing Executive and also an in-house designer.
Key responsibilities:
Create the retention strategy for the business across direct mail, email and CRM / Data processes
Create innovative and targeted personalised campaigns
Create data reports, extract insights for customer profiling and products
Manage their email service provider and marketing automation
Manage and develop the email marketing executive
What you will need:
At least 3 years’ experience in a CRM role with direct mail experience as well as email
A degree in Marketing or business relevant qualification
Experience of briefing designers as well as technical briefs for data and systems development
Experience of test and learn approach to help optimise their CRM performance
Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects
