Senior Marketing Executive

Winchester, Hampshire (Office based)

Salary £32,000 - £35,000

Talent Hub is working in partnership with a successful, family-run business in the manufacturing and construction sectors, looking for a self-motivated Senior Marketing Executive to drive B2B marketing activity and lead generation.

This role is ideal for someone who brings ideas, creativity and commercial focus, with proven experience in CRM, lead generation and working closely with sales teams. You’ll play a key role in delivering campaigns that generate measurable business growth.

The responsibilities for this job include:

  • Deliver multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn and web

  • Drive lead generation activity, working with the sales team and deliverying campaigns

  • Create engaging content including emails, social posts, case studies and lead magnets

  • Manage and optimise CRM (HubSpot) including lists, workflows and automation

  • Build and maintain campaign reporting dashboards and performance insights

  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activity with pipeline goals

  • Update and optimise website and landing pages for conversion

  • Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns

  • Track and analyse campaign performance, identifying improvements and opportunities

  • Support marketing budget tracking and ensure activity delivers ROI

For this Senior Marketing job, you should have:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role

  • Proven experience in lead generation and campaign delivery

  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)

  • Experience collaborating with sales teams to drive pipeline growth

  • Confident creating marketing content across email and LinkedIn

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data

  • Highly organised with strong project management skills

  • Proactive, creative thinker with a commercial, results-driven approach
