The Talent Hub team are managing a new, strategic Performance Marketing Manager vacancy for a Brighton based established and evolving consumer focused brand.

You will be responsible for creating and delivering a comprehensive performance marketing strategy (primarily PPC, Paid Social, Digital Display, SEO, Affiliate, website) as well as optimisation of the online sales and join process, to generate growth in new sales. We are looking for a technically savvy and experienced Performance Manager who is up to speed with the latest advances. This role will also manage a CRO Specialist, as part of the Performance Marketing team.

Key responsibilities for this Performance Manager role include:

  • Devise and develop a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across key channels, PPC, SEO, OOH, Press, Paid Social, Google Performance Max to drive website traffic and sales.

  • Develop and own the experimentation framework in collaboration with their Paid Media agency, develop testing ideas with the team and prioritise.

  • Make recommendations for the strategic direction and tactical execution of paid media, including bidding methodology, ad and landing page testing, audience development and creative testing.

  • Manage the day to day budget and forecasting for performance channels.

  • Work with their SEO agency to develop and deliver the SEO plan to improve Domain Authority, organic sessions and SERP’s.

  • Use your comprehensive data analysis skills and use analytics tools to draw insights and make recommendations.

What you will need for this Performance Manager role:

  • Proven experience in a consumer focused Performance Marketing role (agency side or in-house) covering channels, specifically PPC for Google and Bing, Paid Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, Performance Max and Programmatic

  • Proven experience of content marketing and SEO and experience of working with wider marketing teams ideally covering TV, Radio, Brand enhancing the whole customer experience.

  • In depth knowledge of web analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, Semrush Good working knowledge of CRM, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Proficient in A/B testing and optimization techniques. Numerate and have the ability to interpret data and statistics including Google Analytics goal set up and reporting

  • Experience of running customer referral campaigns andlead conversion campaigns
