We are looking for a Web Manager with skills in web optimisation, CRO, UX and all -round digital marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding marketing team in a established and respected business on the South Coast of Sussex.
This an exciting time to join the team as they embark on a new and exciting website and tools. This role includes contributions to SEO and driving traffic to the website. Also, working with the external webdev agency.
For this Website Manager job you must have:
Previously worked in a similar role, managing a B2C website for at least 4 years.
Have proven skills in CRO and UX
Successfully increased traffic to a customer focussed website
Excellent working knowledge of the technical side of websites and be able to get the most out of the WebDev agency.
Successful rolled out various digital marketing campaigns.
Have an in-depth knowledge of the latest trends and best practise around organic and Technical SEO
Responsibilities for this Web Manager job include:
Management of the businessprimary websiteand its performance, especially, ranking, traffic, conversion rate, lead generation and UX
Create and manage the CRO programme, utilising the A/B testing platform
Enable the development and execution of ‘best practice’ automated campaigns for both email and SMS
Development of the online customer tool
Manage relationship with the web development agency on the continued development and improvement to the website
•Drive digital lead generation activity through the website, in conjunction with paid and organic channels including search, paid search, digital display, social, content, digital PR, SMS and email.
Work with Marketing team members to develop and deliver the end-to-end digital customer experience across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Raise the profile through digital marketing opportunities, ensuring that the company brand and products are represented effectively and accurately across all digital channels, including partner websites and affiliate resources
